Impressive, you are very talented and possess a uniquely bizarre imagination! I just started teaching myself sculpting and I am using Van Aken Plastilina, I am curious as to how you are able to get such great detail out of the stuff. I hope to develop similar talents one day.

Thanks for sharing your work, awesome job.

So amazing, I'm razzled dazzled.

Id like a tip from someone so experienced, how do you keep your work so clean? and do you have a brand of choice for plastilina?

Reason I ask this:I usually use plastilina and after a while it get's decolored, sometimes the color overlaps and eventually ruins the work... (and sometimes it gets dusty and I can't clean it).

very definitely an awesome and abstract way of seeing things

It's one of those pieces where everyone can take their own interpretation, and yet when they know the artist's reason behind creating it, it seems to just... fit.

Hope I can see some of your work in a gallery or museum or something someday, that would be cool to be able to take the time & look through everything :)

I'm trying to figure out what is scuplted in this. Is it only the man or is it the couch too? Or even the floor too?

The reason I'm wondering is since it's all in the same tone so it got me wondering what is what.

Wow, the look and feel of this is like something out of a nightmare I'd have. Reminds me of the feeling I get when I wake up from a really bad one, and I'm both relieved and a little sorry that I can't remember every little detail. This sort of brings out those details I forget - the unnatural, deformed look of the thing on the floor, and how I can almost picture it writhing. Compared to the guy on the couch, it's really eerie.

I'm having fun looking at your whole gallery though, I'm a sucker for all kinds of horror. (:

ok all iv done in sculpting was in high school a few casts and molds and some things i had to fire.. im a tattoo artist in monroe louisiana and i havent put anything up on deviant art in a long time.. but im looking to get back into sculpting and i cant get ahold of my old teacher... is there andthing i can work in that will not need to be fired and not break easily.. because i havent got anything left out of the things i was usin to sculpt with .. if someone bumped it and nocked it over it would break.. you have great work and seem to use alot of different types.. can you help me out?

I love working with Roma Plastilina myself. Do you plan on making a cast of this piece for greater permanence, or will you leave it as is?

amazing work... i think i like this and the nightcrawlers best in your current gallery, since they go way beyond just being realistic and chilling as hell, and therefore all the more scary.
the normalcy of the scene, and the calm tired acceptance of the man on the couch to me is even more chilling than the part of him on the floor, and the whole scene is balanced by the obvious and the suggested.
scary, chilling and amazing work!!!!!!!
