Amazing tutorial!! Question: How do you get that clay to that exact liquid consistency? I'm trying with super sculpey firm and rubbing alcohol 70%. It turned out liquidy in 24 hrs but not like yours. It's either too water or kind of clumpy with a sandy texture. When I squeeze it out of the bottle it's like paste one time and runny water the next time. HELP pleasee
You just gave me a ton of new ideas... incredibly useful information, especially using the plastic bag or wrap to help form the details. I was driving myself nuts trying to use a tool straight into the clay, and always ending up with too harsh of an indentation. This will help immensely. Thank you!
Hi! I wanted to let you know that I featured this in the article Polymer Clay Secrets Revealed, I know your tutorial isn't exactly about polymer clay but many of the techniques translate well to clay, and the article talks about the importance of thinking outside of the box to create new things, and your tutorial fits that concept perfectly
Wow. Okay, I just gotta say, I was looking through your gallery, completely floored by your work, and when I saw that you had tutorials up...well, my breath kind of caught in my throat for a second. Thank you so very much for sharing your knowledge. It's going to help me more than you can know.
Ive heard of the liquid clay trick for bumps yet never have used it. Im still on the wall about showing people how to do all the things your showing people in the tutorials since information like this is usually on videos for people to purchase. I had to buy a few videos and do lots of research in my time just to do this and now its kind of up for anybody with a pc. It frustrates me but im just old fashioned I guess.
