Another *Stunning* sculpt the bubbles are soo smooth how do you do that?

I use chavant oil based clay and i use lighter fluid and my fingers to smooth i have tried with a fine brush but that isn't perfect.

Look at those sensational pusstules!
Love the deformed chin and bloated lips, too!
That scar on the forehead really completes that nice curve carved out by the laughing line as well, gives a nice momentum to the face and balances out all that weight.

Wow, this does actually look very realisitic, not just in terms of texture but I could actually see something like this as a result to a very bad allergic reaction.
