Question! do plates like this impede speech more than caps? (or does it vary?) I've always figured as such but never asked anyone to find out for sure.

Yes...they do impede the speech...more than caps. Caps is the way to go for just normal fang type stuff. I wanted to show a more extreme version...also monster type size here.
